The remarkable flavour that comes from using the crystalline waters of Gredos for irrigation

Our smoked paprika owes its balanced and characteristic flavour to the following:

ARTISAN PRODUCTION.-The production of the smoked paprika El Sequero is completely artisanal from the seedbed to the mill, without the need to use any extensive agricultural methods to save costs.

IRRIGATION WATERS.-The smoked paprika El Sequero that grows in the “La Lagunilla” estate, is watered using exclusively the pure and crystalline waters of Sierra de Gredos, by artisan means only.

WITHOUT STEMS.- The peppers used to make the smoked paprika El Sequero undergo a procedure known as “espezonado”. The ”pezones” or stems are removed guaranteeing a content of 100% paprika.
